Located in Gwinnett County, TDK9F is known throughout Metro Atlanta for rescuing not only dogs from shelters, but veterans from hopelessness. Since inception, TDK9F has been led by Blake and Sheila Rashad. Both being veterans and Blake a former Army K9 Trainer, they have much gratitude for the courageous men and women who have served this country, as well as a strong passion for providing a loving and capable canine companion to disabled people -- especially military veterans.
